When I open some of my messages that are supposed to contain pictures, I see placeholders instead. Sometimes the placeholders are followed by the pictures. Sometimes all I get are placeholders. The placeholders have what I think is an icon of a torn page in the upper left hand corner. (It's very small and hard to see.) The messages that have placeholders and pictures have a list of images in a box in the upper right corner. I can forward these messages by deleting the placeholders and sending them on but, If there were any captions below the placeholders, they lose their relationship with the pictures. What can I do to fix this problem? If the problem is the senders. What specific steps do I need to tell him? Thanks. Jim B.
