
anytime i upgrade firefox to the newest one nothing on it works and i have to system restore
upgraded to the newest firefox today it went smooth with the install but the min i tried to use it nothing in it work work it would not open links etc. I tried to reboot comp and still had that problem. I litertly had to system restore my comp in order to use it again any idea what is going on here? for operating system i am using windows 7

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select Network. Look for Configure How Firefox Connects and press the Settings button. If you are using a proxy, make sure those settings are correct. If there is no proxy, first use No Proxy. If there is a problem, then try System Proxy.
Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Then reinstall the latest version.

You can check in the the Windows Control Panel if you can find "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" and uninstall this software.
