How can I move folders from one e-mail acct. to another within Mozilla?
Changing my e-mail provider and would like to move my existing folders and their contents to the new account. Thanks

Care to share with us? I'd have advised you to copy messages, not folders.
You can drag and drop messages, but it's a tad unpredictable. There is also a right-click then either Move To or Copy To option which is rather more dependable.
So given that there is no right-click method for moving folders, I avoid trying to do this by drag and drop. Just yesterday I was working with a post where the user had multiple, or maybe duplicate, folders and I suspect that somewhere along the line, a folder move or copy had been attempted.
If you've dragged and dropped folders and it's worked in your case, then I'm pleased for you. But I wouldn't risk it myself.
