Messages to a friend who also uses TB Mail are not received. If I send to the same email address using Telus web mail then the message is received. Mairijim

First TB is not a email-server its a client so it doesn't matter what your friend is using. Apparently you can't send so look at how your servers for outgoing email are setup. account settings
