If you purchased Mozilla VPN through an app market like the App Store, your purchase is subject to that app market's rules and might not qualify for a refund.

Request a refund through your Mozilla account

  1. Access your account at https://accounts.firefox.com/signin.
  2. In the panel to the left, under Settings, select Paid subscriptions.
  3. Find the Active subscriptions section.
  4. Click Get Help.
  5. On the Mozilla Support page, select Contact Support.
    • Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
    • Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    • Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of the issue field.
    • Click the Send button.

Request a refund through the Mozilla VPN app

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and click (or tap) the Settings vpn settings icon icon.
  2. Scroll down and click (or tap) Help.
  3. Click (or tap) Contact support.
  4. Fill out the form with your request by completing the following fields:
    1. Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    2. Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of issue field.
    3. For Google Play purchases, please include your Order ID.
  5. Click (or tap) the Send button.

You’ll see a refund back to your card in 5-10 business days.

Request a refund through the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge Base

  1. Visit the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge base and click Get support in the banner that appears at the bottom of the page.

  2. In the Mozilla VPN Solutions page, click Contact Support in the banner to the right.
  3. You'll be prompted to sign in with your Mozilla account to be able to contact support or request a refund.
  4. Fill in the Contact Support form.
  5. Under What do you need help with?, select Payments & Billing.
  6. Enter Refund Request in the Subject field.
  7. Click Submit.
