Using Firefox, I can't get to my Consumer Cellular login to pay my monthly bill. I get to it with Chrome. Cons Cell Help suggested I clear the cache. I went into Firefox Settings > Privacy, etc. and cleared the cache, but I still can't get to the Cons Cell payment page. What am I missing? Thanks.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
