I can print from 5.0 on my laptop but not 6.01 on my desktop. When I click on the print button it fails to even open the print dialog box.

Try to reinstall an updated version of the firefox browser.

No reinstall, just go to Help and open About Firefox. It will update to 6.0.2

But I don't recall an issue for printers being fixed for 6.0.2

More than likely on of your Add-ons have updated and is causing the issue. Try Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox

I just down loaded firefox but there is not a button to print my email
