Why is Google Maps not working?

Hi cdauda, Since you're having trouble with both Google Maps and MapQuest Canada, it would be useful to check whether the problem is specific to Firefox or whether something else is interfering with these websites. First, could you try opening both websites in another browser, if you have one available? Also, do the websites fail to load completely, or do they open but some features don't work? If the problem only occurs in Firefox, try opening one of the affected websites in Troubleshoot Mode. Click the menu button, Help, Troubleshoot Mode, then Restart and Open. This temporarily disables extensions and some other customisations. If the websites work correctly in Troubleshoot Mode, an extension or customisation may be causing the problem.
