How do I remove the "stories" overlay on my homepage - I don't want to see it at all. It interfers with my preferred aesthetic.
I have switched off the "story" but want to get rid of the overlay for this. How can I do this. It is visually offensive to have this big gray blob in the middle of my screen. I have been loyal for firefox because I do not want this kind of intrusion.

Try turning them ON and then OFF via the main Settings: support.mozilla.org/questions/1601504
