Animoto will not open in Firefox

I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

Hey benjies9, I’ve run into similar issues with Animoto on Firefox. A few things that usually help:

Clear cache & cookies – Sometimes old site data can cause pages to load partially.

Try a private window – This can rule out extensions or stored data interfering.

Disable extensions temporarily – Ad blockers or privacy extensions can break interactive sites like Animoto.

Update Firefox – Make sure you’re on the latest version; sometimes newer site features need updated browsers.

Check JavaScript – Animoto requires JS enabled, so ensure it hasn’t been blocked.

If none of this works, Animoto seems to behave better on Safari or Chrome for Mac, but usually one of the steps above fixes it in Firefox.
