Cannot get rid of TB's request for account password/connection for an account that I removed. Server account deleted, saved passwords for this account deleted. All references to this account that I know about have been removed and still when I open TB it pops up with request for username and password for this deleted account. Please help.

Please examine that whether the calendar and address book in Thunderbird are using the calendar and address book of the account that you removed.

Thanks very much for your reply which solved my problem. It was a cPanel calendar subscription I had forgotten about.
