Strange, disruptive notices that arise
I have been receiving several similar emails that disrupt my email use. How do I remove from my computer? Here's an example: An error occurred during a connection to 6yv5qzb7f8.boats. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Hi,
Could you please give us a URL of the website you use to manage emails?
juno.com (or webmaila.juno.com)
Sheila
Firefox tries to make a connection to the "6yv5qzb7f8.boats" address when you just view an email, or when you click a link in the email? This sounds like some kind of spam, I'm not sure you really want to go to whatever that is supposed to be.
Thank you. I was pretty sure it was spam or something I didn't want. Question is: how do I delete it? I've been receiving more than one. Each URL has lots and lots of letters. So the message I've been receiving is that it's too big to open, which saves me from opening it. But it pings each time it tries, which is annoying. How do I get rid of it altogether? Sheila
you may have a bad cookie ro to settings - security-manage data and see if you can search for it based on some combo of those letters, then delete it if you do.
