I am having trouble setting up Two-step authentication.

After I scan the QR code and enter the code, I am presented with below error: Incorrect two-step authentication code

I first tried scanning the QR code using Microsoft Authenticator app, which did not work. I then tried scanning a new QR codeGoogle Authenticator app, which did not work. I then tried to manually enter the secret key into Google Authenticator app, which also did not work. I then tried scanning another new QR code with the Twilio Authy Authenticator app, which also did not work.

Can anyone help to resolve?

Thanks

Did you make sure that the time/timezone is correct on all devices as the TOTP is only valid for thirty seconds, so even a small offset makes the code invalid?

As far as I can see the time and timezone on all devices are the same.
