What is the address of the website that you are trying to view?

Try disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Thank you for the replies. It turns out that after deleting all the cookies and caches for the site, I had to restart my computer for it to take effect in Firefox. Hopes this helps anyone else having the same problem.
