I have an email account blocked (jgcaller129@gmail.com) and have tried the sync tab at the top corner of my computer. It sends a message with a number to this blocked email to unblock it- how am I supposed to get an email from you on a blocked account. How do I unblock this account. I have tried several times with the same result now the icon to sync isn't there anymore. PLEASE HELP This email is very important to me. You can send a reply to an alternate email account (also linked to Firefox -jgcaller15@gmail.com).

The sync button when first opened showed that the account was block by Firefox.

Firefox doesn't block account that is from Gmail that blocked the account. You need to contact Gmail support about this issue. Firefox forum can't change login email that is user only by email account to update email login.
