Hi claire.gerardin, I hope you were able to restore your data by now? It's obviously been quite a while!

Hi jdun, are you on Windows? Try doing a regular shutdown and restart of Windows in case Windows doesn't have the correct permissions/privileges to access your user data. If that doesn't help, please start a new question. This one is nearing its six-month lock date.
