Amazon Prime Italy does not open
With the new update when I use Firefox to open Amazon Prime Italy it takes me to Amazon.com and insists I provide a password. It refuses to acknowledge the password and instead stays on that screen. It does this on every computer in the house. I contacted Amazon and they suggested I try it in Chrome and it worked as normal. Not sure what is happening here.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
