How can I set up a toolbar at the top of my Start Page?
I just downloaded Firefox. My start page doesn't have a toolbar at the top with the choices I want. All it has is my email addresses. Can I set up a toolbar? How?

It depends. What page are you using as your home page? I don't think the built-in Firefox home page lists email addresses...
You can use one of these to set which toolbars to show.
- "3-bar" Firefox menu button > Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars
- View > Toolbars
Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar - Right-click empty toolbar area
The toolbar doesn't give me any options to choose. On Google I had a toolbar across the top that had my most-used sites - banks, email, facebook, scrabble, etc. Here I have only an email address and whatever I typed last.
Firefox accumulates thumbnails for your most frequently used sites on the the new tab page. If you press Ctrl+t (or choose New Tab from the menu) you can see that page.
If you like that page and want to use it as your home page, you can do that instead of using the built-in home page. This article has the steps for changing your home page: How to set the home page.
If that isn't quite what you want, either, then you might consider using a "speed dial" type add-on to create your own home page. There aren't any that I can particularly recommend, but if you search on the add-ons site, look at the screen shots, and check the reviews to make sure they work well and are trustworthy, you might find one that fits your needs.
