Dear Firefox Team,

I am writing to propose an enhancement for your iOS and Android, as well as desktop applications, that would greatly benefit users with visual impairments. It would also benefit anyone who is aware that they are in need of supplementary assistance in the absorption of information and knowledge, such as myself (for context; I am an adult with autism and ADHD). Specifically, I suggest adding an accessibility feature that provides verbal dictation of the text on the phone. This addition would significantly improve the experience for users with limited or no sight or potentially even other types of disabilities.

As a friendly neighborhood computer consultant, I recommend Firefox as the default browser to my friends and family because of its strong commitment to privacy. Additionally, a partnership with DuckDuckGo could further underscore your dedication to user privacy.

I appreciate your consideration of these suggestions and look forward to seeing your continued innovation and reaction to my notes. Enhancing accessibility features not only supports inclusivity but could also attract new users and potentially open up advertising opportunities. HOw do I stay signed in to Firefox so I do not have to sign in everytime I open it? Also, I created a new password which is being rejected. Since I can see the password, I know its the right one.

I'm not sure what to do about my search engine? It's telling me I have a new private tab, but the search bar tells me it's Google. when I choose what search engine I want to use in my settings, I only have the choices that are listed. But what about my Firefox browser, the one that I want to use and the one that I thought I was getting/would have?

I am trying to add ITA Matrix power tool extension. When I click on link I land on page that says ‘you need to install Firefox to use this extension’. Firefox is already installed. How to I activate the extension in Firefox? Thanks Philip

In the Settings menu, there is no option for “Address” under PRIVACY to save autofill addresses. There is a “Payment” option which allows me to save credit cards to autofill, but not for addresses.

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

My option for night mode to invert the colors for websites has suddenly disappeared from the menu. If I go to settings I can turn on dark mode but it does not work for a lot of websites. How can I get night mode back?

With version 124 of Firefox, the ‘Dark Mode’ theme no longer works. Whether I set the theme to “Use System Light/Dark Mode” or if I manually set the theme to dark, it still always shows ‘light’ mode. FYI, my iPad settings are set to ‘Dark’ mode.

I prefer to read white text on a black background - much easier on the eyes! In earlier releases of Firefox, I was able to enjoy reading stories. Now I must set my iPad (manually whenever I want to use Firefox to read) to ‘Smart Invert’ (which will switch the Firefox window to dark mode), then turn off ‘Smart Invert’ to do anything else on my iPad.

Hi all, opening of external links (e.g. out of AppleMail or any other App) is no longer possible since FF version 123.0 (IPhone 6S+ mit IOS 15.8.2, FF is standard-browser). The last weeks I followed the article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442950) which should be fixed with version 124. Meanwhile I updated to FF version 125.2 but the issue is not solved for me yet. When I click on an external link in AppleMail or other Apps, FF starts and shows the startscreen. Then the screens "flickers" one time but nothing else happens. Because not many users are reporting this issue I think that may be a configuration set on my IPhone is the cause of this and not a bug in FF. Has anyone an idea what can be the issue and how to solve it ?

I'm now very annoyed by this issue and if I don't find a solution soon, I'll install another browser.
