bold textI upgraded to Windows 11 months ago. Last night I tried to get on a website, but was refused access because it didn't support Windows 10. I no longer have windows 10! How do I resolved this conflict?

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

I'm obviously a very dim Brit . . . . . please would you advise me as clearly as possible about whatv the heck is going wrong, thanx Kr CB

Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. Please contact me to confirm cancellation of any active memberships ( i do not want them any longer) using [edited] @gmail.com , [edited] @gmail.com Please delete all data of my accounts or any other information you obtained during services given. you can reach me also at [edited phone# from public community support forum]. I have an account recovery key [removed the recovery key] But there is nowhere to enter this to recover my account. Why?

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

I want to change the email associated with my account. However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. PS, please respond to my current email, which is [edited from public] @gmail.com; as the notification that there has been a response will go to the prior(defunct) email too! Thanks.

Recently a team member left our organisation. He used to run a job to save the plugins in Mozilla marketplace. Now we have the Key and security but we dont have the email ID which was used for the same. At this point in time, we are unable to proceed further with our business activity. Please assist me with this.
