The MetaMask browser extension is extremely slow and unresponsive when used in Mozilla Firefox. Actions such as opening the wallet, switching networks, approving transactions, or interacting with dApps take a long time or freeze temporarily.

This issue occurs only in Firefox. MetaMask works smoothly and as expected on other browsers (for example, Chromium-based browsers) and all other websites and browser extensions load and function normally in Firefox. This suggests the problem is specific to the MetaMask add-on behavior within Firefox rather than general browser performance.

i have lost my Bookmarks folder and the bookmark function no longer works, since recently restarting. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO RECOVER THE LOST BOOKMARKS OR HELP ME WITH THE ACT OF BOOKMARKING?

My bookmarks have disappeared. The solutions do not seem to work. It may be due to Avast Secure Browser trying to take over. Will they come back if I uninstall that?

My Firefox Labs tab disappeared after the update. Instructions online point me towards enabling studies to access it again, yet my box for Studies was also greyed out. Which conflict setting could be the cause here?

windows 10 laptop output speakers are garbled like there is too much bass. Is there a setting in Firefox? My videos and posts from Facebook played clearly until I played a Facebook video of a guitar player and it was very, very heavy on the bass sound. Afterwards, my speaker output became garbled and not understandable. It's like there is too much bass now. I deleted and restarted so the Device reinstalled. Did nothing for the Sound. I tried right clicking on the speaker icon and did all the adjustments and reset to Microsoft suggested settings. Any other suggestions? Is there a special setting in Firefox to clear the voice and music coming out of speakers. This happened once before and cleared itself, It is happening again, but not clear now.

Although I remain logged in to sites and cookies show in DevTools, the cookies list in settings>privacy>Cookies_and_Site_Data>manage_data shows as empty, no cookies listed.

In troubleshoot mode, the same blank list. I haven't changed any settings. network.cookie.cookieBehavior is set to 1 I'm on windows 10 Home 22H2

The update to 147.0.1 seems to have caused it. Please advise.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

I’m seeing a layout and font spacing issue in Firefox that doesn’t appear in Chrome or Edge. The page loads, but some elements shift after render and text spacing looks off.

I’ve tested in a private window, disabled extensions, and cleared cache, so it doesn’t seem profile-related. Any suggestions on what Firefox settings or DevTools checks might help?

HTTPS pages are no longer loading. Everything works fine in Microsoft Edge. I've reinstalled Firefox several times – the problem persists. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, I had 2 open firefox windows on each of my monitors. I was doing work and at the end, I closed every window on my PC. When I came to the firefox windows I closed my "secondary" window first and it said "would you like to close 3 tabs" and I clicked yes. That is pretty normal, when you have 2 windows. Then I closed my "main" window the one that is always restoring when I open firefox and it also said "you're about to close 20 tabs". Once again, sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn't, but it always knows to restore it, so to me it's normal. I put my pc to sleep and I the next morning I turn on the pc and it opens a blank homepage. I think nothing of it, so I go to try and restore it through the history and that doesn't work. I go online to look how to restore it and it says everything about backup on the profiles folder. I go there and it isn't showing the files that I had, just the ones that I used this morning. I try to change the firefox profile to see if that window is in another one it isn't. I had hopes that it wasn't erased because that morning when I opened a window and I had more than 1 tab it said to me "would you like to close 4 tabs" and that always happens when there is more than one window open. So in the end I abandoned to recover the tabs I just could do it from the history. My WHOLE history that I collected for the past 6 years is gone and all my cookies. I have Firefox Sync and it shows my history on my phone, but when I go to sync it, it still doesn't show. I need help with at least recovering all my history and cookies; Bonus points if you can try to recover my lost window. Thank you!

I Have contacted NextDoor about this also, but in my original FF profile there was a login issue, after trying to reset my password, the NextDoor login screen comes up blank white. If I make another FF profile, It comes up with the NextDoor login screen, and if I start FF in troubleshooting mode NextDoor comes up and I can login. Any idea how to rectify this. I cleared cookies, cache and browser info, to no avail, even start up cache in the troubleshooting. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.
