hello, i have a problem, firefox doesn't let me use the vpn, i do try to enable it and when it says "signed in successfully" it doesn't enable it, and it happens everytime i try to enable it, but it still says "signed in successfully" but nothing happens

Tried to re set my imac password which is also my password for passwords folder this was successful

Then tried to change my primary password but could not as my old primary password not accepted , however my system still shows the primary password as on.

By pressing cancel i have access to all my files.

Do i need to follow the change my primary procedure with all the mess of losing all my saved passwords.

My primary Password has always been ***@msn.com and you changed it to ***@yahoo.com. I want to change it back and when I try to add it as a secondary email I get a message that you are sending a code to that email and I never get it and when I try to add the ***@msn.com email it will not let me add it as it tells me it already exists I am getting frustrated with all the issue lately with Mozilla. It does not sync to my device anymore. If you cannot fix the issues I am leaving mozilla and going with another browser. I would like to speak with a real person about this and get help.

I make extensive use of AUTOFILL for things like credit cards (on a computer only I can access).

It worked fine for me for years. Within the past 2-3 updates it ceased to function.

The information is still saved - when I click on the entry box, the dropdown appears. Using the down arrow shows the entries, but pressing ENTER has no effect. The box(es) to be autofilled remain blank.

I tried all of the online help suggestions. There is a lot of information on DISABLING autofill, but not much on re-enabling it.

Why have amazon prime videos stopped working with firefox and how can I fix it?. It was working last week and suddenly stopped. Now all attempts to play videos are met with a permanent Amazon hourglass.

Since I downloaded a Firefox security update yesterday, I no longer can receive a newspaper and click on the read today's issue in my email. Today, I went to a library to sign in and was told it wasn't safe. Firefox refused my access. I have used that library site for 15 years and never had a problem. I have tried to manage various parts in Secuity and Privacy but nothing works. What is going on with this extreme security and how do I change it or do I move to another browser that has flexibilty. I do not want to give up long time sites because Firefox doesn't approve.

After installing the latest "Mozilla VPN Release 2.40.0" upon Windows 11 Version 26H2 OS Build 26300.9711, I received the follow error message 3 to 4 times in a row. after acknowledging the error (pressed "OK").

(See attached image) Mozilla VPN.exe - Bad Image is either not designed to run on Windows or It contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status OxcOOON28.

Prior to installation, I just booted my computer and observed that my VPN App needed to be updated. I did not open any other app or perform any other work.

The VPN update informed me that it needed to close my current VPN connection to continue with the installation Update, which I allowed the update to manage.

In my troubleshooting efforts, reviewing other forums, and ask Google Gemini, I have performed the following. 1). Rebooted the computer after install. (Same Error Message) 2). Uninstall and reinstall Mozilla VPN. (Same Error Message) 3). Updated my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti driver to the latest release. (Same Error Message) 4). Ran "sfc /scannow" as administrator within the Command Prompt (Same Error Message). 5). Ran "dissm /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" (Same Error Message).

Is there a method to correct the "Bad Image" error from popping up after restarting my computer? Also, would someone be so kind to inform the Mozilla VPN software team of this error?

After my Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS OS restarts from installing updates all the icons in my favorites disappear so i have to manually re install them.

Is there a fix for this issue?

Prime Video is unusable on Firefox since the latest two updates. The website freezes. Videos don't run. When I change the settings as has been suggested either the problem remains the same, with lack of loading, or videos are unavailable. I have read and done whatever has been mentioned in the past, so my only conclusion is that Firefox does not support Amazon Prime Video, as well as the Amazon website. The option I have now if I want to watch Prime Video is to run it on Safari. I look forward to Firefox fixing this issue. I just want it to work as it had done in prior updates. I don't need to continue to alter settings when it is obvious, to me at least, the problem doesn't lie with the settings, because none of them work. Thank you for your time and consideration.

With the push towards 2FA in many websites, I now need to use an authenicator, passkey, or physical token to access some websites.

I've chosen to use authenicators and physical tokens as my means of doing so.

However, whenever I try to use a physical token to access websites while in Firefox, there's no way I can find to do so. Firefox seems to default to passwords or authenicators... and there's never any way to actually select the physical token plugged into my USB socket.

So how do I get Firefox to recognize a physical token and to allow me to use it when accessing websites that I've already prepped to accept them?

Since I updated Firefox my Twitch and Kick websites wont load the video. The chat work but video and sound wont start.

I tried it in chrome and there it works so something happend after the new update.

I cannot get passwords to automatically saved ever since I tried to install 1Password. I also use Apple Passwords. Now nothing works, even though I stopped using 1Password and Apple passwords.

Google Sheets and Docs are not loading properly. They show their content while loading, and then go all black. I have attached an image. I added a link to the video, not sure if discord cdn will work though for embeds here.

The data is still there, just not visible.

I did see that older, similar issues were fixed with light mode, so I tried that. Same issue, but instead of going all black, it goes all white. Turning off extensions has not fixed this either. This has only been happening since the last firefox update; unsure if causal or coincidental. It also happens only on google services except drive itself.
