tried to start up VPN and the box went to update now. clicked on update and after a few seconds it stopped. tried to delete so i could do download for new VPN. the box popped up and stated that i have to be an administrator to delete VPN. tried to download VPN and it stopped and box said encountered an unexpected error installing pkg code 202 and the another box said same only with code 203. then i tried to send a msg and it would not submitt when i clicked on select. so now i am trying this way

Is there any way to get the Firefox logo off the new tab page? I want more space to see the 4 rows of pinned sites. They are smaller and difficult to read now. Using 15 inch laptop.

The recent changes have upset a lot of people. Changes that no one needed or wanted. . . . . trying to make the best of it.

Anyone have any suggestions on other top browsers?? Thanks

I'm having problems of logging I have try all my best to ensure the issue was rectified but not done. I try several times to produce new password but still facing the challenges.

I'm using my MX master 3's sidescroll to control the volume. I recently switched to firefox, but I noticed that the volume function doesn't work when mozilla is the active app. I do not have mozilla specific settings and it works with other browsers. Any solutions?

I've just gone through having to reinstall windows due to 24H2 and I've got Firefox back thankfully.

My problem is that the sync account has created another device name (as I hadn't restarted after renaming the computer).

Can I get my old device profile back and discard the new one?

Can I just uninstall firefox then reinstall now the computer has been renamed after a restart?

I an using Firefox Version 136.0 (64 bit) and when I try url www.mediahuman.com, I get the following message:-

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.mediahuman.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

The site works on Microsoft Edge. Not sure about Chrome as I don't have have it installed Any ideas? Steve

The new tab page is a disaster. No gear obvious and I do not have the time to go thru several steps to get rid of a bunch of I stuff I neither need nor want..help!!

I wish to undo the changes to the sidebar introduced with release 136. I want a sidebar for bookmarks, but the Bookmark Sidebar per se, not the multi-functional Sidebar that has replaced it. The new version takes up unnecessary screen space even when I only select bookmarks. I have Firefox installed with Windows 11.

I'm a user of a site where I have ended up with a lot of accounts. I use the container extension to make it so I can have each account logged in simultaneously. However, since I added the accounts in a random order, the list is in nothing approaching alphabetical order. There are so many now it makes it hard to find them; plus I have containers I use for other sites. The only way I can find to reorder them is to remove and remake the containers in alphabetical order. I think it would be useful to make it so in the settings page there was the ability to grab a handle on the left-hand side of the container listing and drag it to be where you want it in the list.

Firefox in the task bar will not gob to full screen. It shows any open sites but will not expand the browser to full screen. Microsoft edge operates fine from the task bar. How can I fix the issue

I recently purchased a new computer and Dell support assisted me with migrating everything over from my old computer. I am able to find my bookmark menu, but the star icon in the upper right corner is missing. I am only able to look for my favorites through a "other bookmarks" icon. Would like to get the same look as with my old system. I might add that the new one uses Windows 11 and the old one Windows 10.

Any help is appreciated.
