Ever since I received the update for firefox 18 it won't open or win it does it crashes right away. I was wondering why this happens?
I can't open firefox 18. I used firfox 17 and never had a problem, but with 18 version I am having problems. If firefox does open it crashes right way or it takes forever to open or not at all. When I close firefox and try to reopen the browser it tells me that firefox is already running.

You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
