Hi, I asked the question below a year ago and unfortunately didn't see the response until now. I followed the advice but there are 'no' crash reports are created when this happens. It always seems to be when I'm typing in a text field (and possibly typing control keys too). I've googled 'short cut' keys for Windows to see if something I'm typing is doing it but haven't found anything. So other than installing a keylogger on my device is there any other way to figure out what is going on? Does Firefox have a log file? If so is there a log that says ..."User closed the browser". That would tell me it is me typing something in that is somehow telling the browser to close. I also don't see any app crash reports in MS Event Viewer. Will Firefox crashes show up there? Thanks again for any help or guidance you can supply!
