My partner calls me to video chat through Facebook Messenger. I can hear him but can only see a black screen. We can both hear each other. And he can see my video. He called other people and it was just chats with me. They can see him and hear him fine. We can do a voice chat with no problem. On voice chat I can see his profile picture as per usual. This has been happening for at least a week. There was no help in the community. There were other people that had this problem but it was never answered and archived. What I've tried: I tried clearing cache and restarting browser and computer. We made a call in safe mode (Firefox) and the screen was still black. I tried it on Chrome browser and the problem disappeared. I downloaded FB Messenger app for Windows and that seems to work.
