Hi, what amount of ram do you have please ? What operating system did this come with ? 7 ? If not running Windows 10 version 1803 yet, get it (check System --> About) : *https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 Please Copy/Paste about:preferences#privacy into the Address Bar then Enter. Go down to Heading Permissions and at the bottom that heading please make sure there is a Check Mark in the box for Prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser. Then please go up to General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please. Note : Hardware Acceleration is for Video Card, Monitor to see if remain off or to turn back on. Please go through Windows 10 Settings, everyone of them and turn off what is not needed or going to be needed, delete stuff that comes with Win10 (it can be reinstalled if need it), Maps, get rid of them stop it from downloading new ones. Use google maps instead. Turn of microphone or cam or what ever ....
