I had a blue screen problem on my Windows 10 pc with a box stating "inaccesible boot drive". Somehow my mouse was also affected and so I couldn't resolve the problem. I removed the hard drive and, using an external housing, connected it via USB to my wife's laptop, also Windows10. It registers as drive G. I can access all my files and folders but cannot identify and find Thunderbird profiles. As I am ancient, please make any response in as simple a manner as possible
