I have to refresh a web page to display it for the first time, windows 10 problem
I'm having a problem on windows 10, whenever I open a website I get "The connection has timed out" error and I have to refresh it in order to access it, then I can browse the links inside it normally but once I go to another website, same problem again, I have to refresh the first time , the problem happens with other browsers as well but everything works fine on Linux. Any idea why this is happening ?

Please know that Microsoft on Windows 10 can and will replace drivers. If you know who made your network card or if go to device manager should be able to find out then look it up on their site. This may or may not be the issue but never hurts for a updated driver. https://www.howtogeek.com/263851/how-to-prevent-windows-from-automatically-updating-specific-drivers/
You can also check that your Win10 is in perfect health and no files are corrupted by doing this : Repair System Registry and Files
Run the Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools as Administrator. The DISM and SFC tools scan the integrity of the Windows image and all protected system files replaces corrupted, damaged and incorrect versions.
Windows 10 To run the DISM command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu, then select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter. While running DISM you may notice the process will appear to pause at 20%. After a few minutes the operation will continue.
(For Above/Below - Windows All Other Versions - Use Search To Find Command Prompt ** Enter CMD.exe to Find Then Right Click & Run As Admin )
To run the SFC command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "SFC /SCANNOW" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter. For more information on using SFC, please refer to the Microsoft KB: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Hello,
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.
Did this fix the problem? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
As I mentioned earlier this happens with other browsers as well, so it's not really a Firefox problem, and reseting did nothing.
