How do I keep FireFox from turning off AdBlock add-on and optional fonts for web pages everytime I turn computer off?

Just about everytime I turn computer on, and sometime after waking up from SLEEP, my AdBlocker is turned off again AND the fonts I chose for the web pages is turned off. I've had to reset it dozens of times on this new computer, Lenovo laptop w/Windows 10, in the last 4 days I've had it. What am I not doing right?

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
