Selecting the top cookie and then using Shift + End keys does not Select All the cookies as desired. Using an iMac with OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). Automatic field population data seems accurate for browser and OS.

Screen shot image of documentation page is not uploading, so I will save it for later if needed.

Thanks for providing Firefox and Thunderbird. I have always preferred Thunderbird to Apple's Mail application (much to their chagrin) and almost solely relying on Firefox, now that my Safari has become outdated for image heavy sites such as news sites and the comics. Firefox has worked like a charm for participating in Coursera's interactive MOOCs (I'm learning to program and design websites for habitat restoration and conservation issues, esp GIS related activities) and I appreciate your HUGE contribution to internet freedom.

I'm on Windows, and for us its <shift> A to select all.

Is this about using "Show Cookies" on the about:preferences page?

Doesn't Shift + cursor Down work as well?

This still works for me on Linux.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
