Enabling local network access lets your computer interact with other devices that are also connected to your local home or office network (like printers, shared folders, streaming sticks, and other connected devices) without having to turn off your VPN. {note}You'll need to turn the [[Turn on the Mozilla VPN on your desktop computer |VPN off]] first before you can change these settings and turn it back on when you're done.{/note} #Open Mozilla VPN and turn it off if it's not already. #Click the Settings [[Image:vpn settings icon|width=40]] icon. #Select {menu Network settings}. #Put a check next to {menu Local network access}. #Turn Mozilla VPN back on. You should now have access to devices in your local network. Enabling local network access resolves most situations where users are unable to print while the VPN is active.
