View and disable extensions or add-ons that change the new tab page or home page.

Extensions (also known as add-ons) are small programs you can install to add features to Firefox. Some extensions can take control of the home page (what you see when you start Firefox, open a new window, or click the home icon [[Image:Home Button 57]] in the toolbar) or the [[New Tab page in Firefox|New Tab page]] (what you see when you open a new tab).
