When I want to copy a webpage I find that text is missing within the paganation of the pdf result. That is when the pdf changes from one page to the next, there is text information that is lost (not captured) in the resulting pdf. I would like to see this fixed.

When viewing a webpage, I hit the 3-dots,

I hit ... More

then I either hit Save as PDF -or- Print (neither works well)

Save as PDF skips data between pages -and-

Print (even though you have some control) also skips data between pages.

The two attached images shows the information that is lost between the pages of the resulting pdf (note these are screencaptures of the results: one the PDF the other the webpage).

Would you please share any Firefox-specific fix for my Windows 7 laptop.

I did exact comparison of printing (using same printer) Firefox 115.43.0 web pages (which no longer print)  and Opera version 95.0.4635.90 web pages that print fine.

I use my Brother MFC‑J895DW wirelessly with Windows 7 laptop. Firefox shows “Print Preview Error”; Firefox’s XPS file won’t open, while Opera’s XPS file opens and prints.

I also tried a fresh profile, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting printer settings, and reinstalling Firefox. Still can't get Firefox web pages to print.

FYI, my Windows 10 desktop is able to get Firefox web pages to print on same Brother device.

Everything is fine in this browser but when I go to print to save the pdf, the paper size in it is only supported by A4 and the page landscape mode also does not work, it remains A4 size and portrait only.It also doesn't work properly in desktop mode, sometimes hanging, making desktop mode and printing from mobile extremely difficult. Please fix this.

Is there a way to print webpages that keeps photos whole when it comes to page breaks? I can adjust the scale to preserve one photo, but in articles with lots of photos that often moves another to the page break, and renders the text too small to read.

Right now I have to use the Print Friendly extension, which works, but that requires a little extra cleanup effort since it's attempts to simplify the page often make them look bad haha

Before the last update the setting for use Adobe Acrobat instead of the Firefox browser printing worked properly. That is a feature badly needed to make possible fine print settings, which are not available in the browser print function. Before, whenever I created a web based print output it automatically opened in Adobe Acrobat and could print from there easily. Now, since the last update, in order to achieve the same print result first I have to print into pdf, download onto my computer as pdf, and then open the pdf automatically in Adobe and make the print. Afterwork is to delete the downloaded, printed file. Can you please let me know how to change settings so to to get back the automatic printing from Adobe Acrobat instead of browser? In settings the default for PDF files is set to Adobe Acrobat, but that does not seem to matter.

I used lightspeed POS program. We have specialized forms that print out for us created by a third-party developer working with light speed. A few months back you updated Firefox and it changed our printing where the forms do not print exactly like before. Can this be fixed by you?

When I in Firefox try to print a page from Google Kalender (Swedish), it just turns out blank. All other kinds of printouts , e.g. Word, web pages, etc., works fine. This problem started some weeks ago. Please help! Thank you!

Recently, in last two months, when using the Firefox website browser, I cannot print some, but not all, website articles on my Brother Laser Printer. Articles from Website www.zerohedge.com will not print. Articles from other websites print fine. I have cleared the "saved print settings" button with no solution. Still won't print.

As it says in the title. I recently switched to Firefox, but now, every time I try to print from the browser, it forces the selection to be color printing instead of B/W.

• In the Firefox dialog, the option to change the setting is greyed out (see attached image).
• Switching to the system dialog (with either about:config or with the clickable link in the Firefox dialog) does NOT help-- I can change the setting, but hitting the "print" button causes the setting to revert and display an error message (see attached image).
• I have tried updating the drivers for the associated printer, both through an update and completely disconnecting/reconnecting the printer, but the issue did NOT resolve.
• Chrome and Edge both print black and white to this same printer without issue. The printer has enough black ink. This definitely seems to be a Firefox issue, not a printer one.

Some threads discuss resolving a similar issue with the use of print.cups.monochrome.extra_settings, but I can't seem to find the relevant printer information to make this work. I do need to be able to switch between color and B/W printing frequently, so locking the printer to B/W only isn't a viable option.

If anyone has any insight about this, it would be greatly appreciated!

I used to have a Canon printer and could print from Firefox on Android. I now have an HP and printing silently fails. I can print from Chrome but not Firefox.

If I go to Settings/Connections/More Connection Settings/Printing, it shows the print job still there even a day later.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?

Maybe some setting in chrome://geckoview/content/config.xhtml?

A few updates ago, headers and footers started appearing on anything I print from Firefox. No other printing from any other source does this. All the settings (advanced settings) show header/footer as off, and 'none' in all the header footer options. I have attempted every combination available and can't get rid of the headers and footers. I Don't Want Them!
