Tried to create accounts for Microsoft and Apple today. But didn't succeed on Debian 13.3/140.8esr or Fedora 43/148.

Microsoft keeps asking for domain/username and Apple refuses password (but is correct)

Anyone else having trouble atm?

I have just received my Credit Card Statement and notice that I have been charged £16.20 on 22nd December, 2025. I have no recollection of this payment and, therefore, if you could advise me to what this relates.

I was unable to install Thunderbird download, as Windows prevented it. I believe this is due to the fact that my laptop was given to me, and not registered in my name. I therefore opened an email account with tutu, after donating $41 USD to Mozilla. I wish to stop this payment please. How can I check if I am supporting Mozilla financially? I just received an email asking for a donation but thought I was already donating. Is there somewhere in my account settings where I can check if/how I am donating?

10-24-25 In my setup for 'BDR Office' Thunderbird has stopped displaying all my folders. How do I restore proper display. Noted fact, I have named three of my folders with preceding characters '0 -' on the given file name' so to display together in my list. Odd - these three folders are the only ones that display. See Attached. In my TB setup I have 3 emails set up and it is only the 'BDR Office' (for my email [edited from public] @reagancpa.com) that has ceased to display all my folders. Normally it appears similar to the [edited from public] @gmail.com as seen in the attached. On 10-13-25 I followed several Methods provided by Support.mozilla.org with no success.
