Here what should be improved: - remembers last accessed bookmark folder - bookmarks pages to recent bookmark folder that had been bookmarked to - exports bookmarks (the import function exists so then the user expects to export)

that would add a lot to firefox for android thus stop improving tab groups that are not really a priority than bookmark manager.

The Firefox built-in VPN option appeared for me about a week ago, maybe two; I don’t know whether it only just reached me in the rollout, or whether Firefox highlighted it because of the “more bandwidth” promotion. Either way, I activated it. But then, three days ago, I noticed that my browsing was no longer going through a VPN, and that the VPN settings had all disappeared from Firefox.

I’m in Australia. I’m signed into my Firefox account. I’ve tried signing out and back in; restarting this device; and doing as many steps from the Support article “Unable to find the built-in VPN in Firefox” as I could, given that it gives instructions for desktop Firefox, not Android. In particular, I removed one study—not the one named in the article, but a different one with “holdback” in the name (something like “long term holdback H1”).

I just deleted a part of my history, but when I opened a new tab it was suggested in the "jump back in" section, despite having been deleted and the browser being closed and re-opened. It's gone from my history, so why does firefox remember that I visited it? That's a big violation of privacy.

I need access to my Firefox browser most importantly for Amazon fresh deliveries on my Samsungs Phones homepage and currently it is only on my Samsung tablet. I do not use a desk top in tiny home and CAN'T, due to disability, use crome as have tried and it is to gaudy, bright and busy. Also my wifi is just included in my rent and down to no bars at all So I mostly depend on my own mobile plan

! when i try to save a page as pdf file it doesn't save the pictures inside. i can't save the pictures inside to .jpg files by clicking them and hold. i must open them in another page and save them in "pdf" (very big file) i can't have a look before printing (issue of spooler ?)bold text

Firefox mobile Android How to swish forward again? I go back by navigation left arrow but i can not undo it and revisit my last page so easy?

Brave uses swish to each directions but FF cant do this ?? And it jumps exactly to the last position in that URL.

 I'm curious if there is an avenue to customize FF, first for desktop and maybe the mobile,  and possibly even enterprise if accepted, via source. If it is possible, where exactly can I find the code? This is a preliminary question and I do plan to check git. The reason I'm starting here, one may ask of me. The answer is simple enough, like any other enthusiast dev, time is a resource best spent doing something you enjoy. So, where better to ask than the experts and community who may have a link on speed dial.

I have VPN set to On on Firefox 155.0 on a phone with Android 14. This is the VPN now built into Firefox mobile, not the Mozilla VPN subscription. When I restart the phone VPN turns off. Is there a way to keep VPN on so I do not have to turn it back on each time I restart the phone? Also, VPN sometimes turns off, but not always, when I quit and reopen Firefox. I use Firefox in private browsing mode with the setting on to delete Delete browsing data on quit.

The "x" in the search bar is a very stupid choice placement. That's commonly the place for the send button. typing an inquiry only to have in deleted is a very frustrating experience. That button needs to be relocated or have a confirmation message. Can that be modified? Thanks.

I know I will probably have to live with that (nonsense) new UI. But how to at least disable UI animations, so that the new menu appears immediately when I open it? I have reduced animations enabled in Android settings but firefox doesn't honor it.
