Hi there,

I just got a new laptop a few days ago and I signed into my Mozilla account but none of my bookmarks or history is pulling up. Does it take a while?

Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.

I set up sync, I went thru my old passwords on my Mac browser Firefox and deleted many old/dead ones, expected to see the list on my iPhone Firefox browser to match. Signed in properly on both, pressed sync several times each time showing complete.

I'm still seeing PW's I deleted on my Mac in my Iphone's list...

What could be the problem? I have uBlock Origin ad blocker installed.

So after signing in and out of Firefox on both my Macbook and iPhone (because it seems I was syncing with the old, nonexistent tabs for some reason as if they were from a separate phone), I find myself here: I can access, on my phone, the Firefox tabs open on my computer. But when I try and do the opposite, it appears as if I'm not synced at all. I don't know why it's working only one way. Any advice would be appreciated.

i can't get firefox.com/pair to show on my desktop.

I have just reinstalled MS Word on both PC & phone, (as something has gone wrong with my somewhat elderly PC). My phone (Samsung) says to connect mobile device with my Mozilla account, then I need to open Firefox on the PC, visit Firefox.com/pair, and follow the instructions to connect the mobile device.

I can't find firefox.com/pair on the PC.

Following up my question from a little while ago, I now see that the sidebar shows all tabs synced from the other device. So the tabs from the other device are available on each devide. The tabs show at the top of the screen aren't changed. The synced tabs aren't shown as tabs. So I don't really consider it a full implementation of syncing. Firefox looks different on each device since the tabs shown on the screen are different. Am I missing something?

I am trying to sync my Firefox on a Windows 10 PC with Firefox on a Windows 10 laptop. On the PC, I have 43 tabs open. When I sync the PC and laptop, not all tabs are shown on the laptop. Both have "open tabs" checked in the sync settings. If I look at the sidebar on the PC, showing the "synced tabs," only 20 tabs are listed. This explains why the other 23 tabs are not synced. But why aren't they synced? I can't find anything telling me there is a limit on the number of tabs that are synced, or how I can elect which tabs to sync. If I look in the sidebar at "history," it does show searches on both the PC and laptop that were made on the PC and are shown in tabs on the PC that aren't synced. Can I have the sidebar display all tabs, and not just the synced tabs?

I have two profiles; a personal and a work one. Yesterday I was working from home and logout from my personal profile and logged in the work one. The problem is that, for some reason, all the bookmarks, passwords, etc, ended up syncing with the work profile.

Now I have all my logins at work pc and that is driving me crazy.

Is there a way to just delete what was added yesterday?

i recently had to get a new computer and had set up sync for everything however when i logged in to my new device none of my synced data was saved is there any way to get this data back i have passwords that i need that firefox forced me to use a secure generated and saved ones that i dont know

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

maybe after posting this i can get to password field for Sync. Thus far I enter the email for my account and am stuck with "working" for as long as 10 minutes with no further progress made.

I just installed a Firefox browser on a new computer. I logged into the new browser and hit sync, but it didn't bring over new information. I manually synced both browsers, restarted both computers, and logged out and logged back into both instances. My laptop still has all the passwords, bookmarks, etc. But the new desktop doesn't have any of it. I cannot uninstall and reinstall because they're work devices and technically I'm not allowed to have Firefox and had to get my tech friends to help me get a copy.

Around mid-December, various issues occurred with Firefox. Around December 18th, after reinstalling Firefox, I found that I could no longer recover synchronized data from the server, including bookmarks, extensions, and all other synchronized items.

What could be the cause, and how can this be resolved? Could Mozilla have changed any policies that restrict the synchronization function?

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.
