Both F11 and right click full screen doesn't hide the url+tabs rows like it does on windows instead it only hides bookmark toolbar and triggers the window manager full screen, which should be separate, as I already have my window manager keybinds for that, and if I use window manager full screen F11 would currently undo it

Tested on i3, Xorg without window manager, and sway

Expected behavior: After firefox is full screen in window manager, pressing F11 should hide everything except the webpage, making it 100% of the monitor

Actual behavior: toggles window manager full screen status

Hi. I reinstalled Firefox recently, hoping to take advantage of the free 50GB/mo VPN. When it first launched, I can see the VPN, but once I logged on to my Mozilla account, it disappeared. I tried checking out settings and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn for help, and I was able to see that my country is supported (Philippines), yet it does not show up. Would anyone help me in this?

I've run into an issue on macOS where Firefox does not restore my previous session if I close the browser using the red "X" window button. I have the "Open previous windows and tabs" checked in settings.

• Scenario A: If I click the red "X" button to close the Firefox window and then reopen Firefox, my previous tabs are gone (except for pinned tabs) and a new session is started.

• Scenario B: If I use Cmd + Q (or Firefox > Quit) to close the application, my session restores perfectly upon the next launch.

It seems that closing the window updates the session state to an empty window, wiping out the saved session even though the application process is still running in the macOS dock.

Is there a way to configure Firefox on macOS so that closing the last window via the red "X" preserves the session tabs just like Quitting does?

1. Most of my stored passwords in Fire Fox "Passwords" do not work anymore. They do not fill in user name and passwords. They are correctly listed in Passwords and the user names and passwords are correct and can be seen and copied. Also the function "Search in Settings" is not working. Many VPN sellers use Iran serves and foreign servers at the same time and do a reverse tunnel so in this way you will connect to Iran VPS but your IP is always the foreign IP with full international internet . Do you have the same methodology in your VPN systems ?

It would seem Firefox claims ownership of my file system and does not allow me to make changes even with admin permissions. I am completely prohibited from making any changes to the profile folder, copying any files into it, or doing anything other than copying from it. Simple chrome edits are utterly impossible, and security tabs or changing permissions has no effect.

This is rather worrisome.

I tried to view this guide in reader view and 24 of the 35 photos are missing. I'm using Firefox v157.0.1 on Windows 10.

We’ve got the Nova browser redesign—everything looks great—but why does the download manager design still look like it’s from 2005? It’s a very important part of the browser, yet in its current state, it looks embarrassing.

Added by FF - poor move on FF part. Unlike others, can't be removed any of the "traditiona" about: methods.

Need to have it go - we DO NOT want this used here.

저는 최근 (약 2026년 10월 동안) 파이어 폭스를 사용할때 컴퓨터 팬 돌아가는 소리가 계속 들린다는 사실을 꺠달았습니다

작업관리자를 통해 확인해봤는데 제 컴퓨터에 설치된 램 64GB 중 34GB를 파이어 폭스가 사용하고 있다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다
