When I attempt to write/ reply/ reply all/ forward, the toolbar at top shows only the slanted pen symbol and "Write -- nothing below. So no "Send" button. The full toolbar that I am trying to recover is attached which I copied from a second computer. When I write click that "Write" bar at the top, noting in the drop down menu had any effect. Help/About says I am "up to date" running 153.1.0esr (64 bit)

I clicked on the bookmarks icon to open one up, and there's nothing there. where did my bookmarks go? It's been a week, maybe, since I last used the bookmarks menu

I have been using Thunderbird on my PC for years and when I got my last PC, I found a article to help me move my files. I am now looking for instructions on how to move my Thunderbird files from the PC to the Mac so I can continue using it as I have been.

can't access Mozilla.org using wi-fi work. Can't access anything using FF browser but when I use Chrome I can access anything. I uninstalled FF and still same trouble. I updated Bookmarks from desktop file from the last update.

After a re-install of Thunderbird the Message List does not appear in columns, and there is no label bar at the top of the Message List to allow sort by date, sender, topic, etc.

How do I get the Message List to appear in column format again?

I'm using Thunderbird android app for the first time, and configured my mailbox.org account. Incoming mail appears just fine. I've confirmed my outgoing server settings and I get the message 'Outgoing server settings verified'. But when I try to send a message it just stays in my Outbox. I've tried tapping 'Send message' on the Outbox screen but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Firefox quit opening a new tab when I open a new tab. This overwrites the page I was on. I have to open the history to try and find where I was. This is very frustrating and a waste of time. It stated recently.

A couple of days ago we could no longer send or receive email through Thunderbird. When we try, we get the notification "Connection to server mobile.charter.net to [email address] failed" and repeatedly get the notification that our server connection has timed out. We can send/receive through Charter's webmail site, but not through our Thunderbird email client. Thank you for your help.

How do l get rid of yahoo which has taken over my laptop after trying to get flight tracking last week? I have always hated it and it is stopping me searching with Firefox. I am old & not too tech savvy.

Given the frequency of computer scams, I have not gone to any of the websites mentioned. How do I remove this from my computer, whether it is a scam or not? I have been using Apple Safari as my search engine in the interim

When I go to the first page of a site no problems. At the second page an ad pops out from either the R or L side of the screen. I have scanned with my virus protection (PC Matic) and have also run a scan on Malwarebytes but nothing was flagged. What would be the suggestions as to do next? [redacted email]

So normally firefox uses a reasonable amount of ram but sometimes the amount of ram usage almost doubles, then if I try to change tabs the program freezes. I then have to wait for firefox to stop using the excess of ram and return back to normal levels.

I believe this mainly happens when I have youtube or reddit open but I have no idea how to fix this.

I have already tried reinstalling firefox and deleting/changing extensions. The current extension i have on is adguard adblocker and no others.
