see above... i do not like what ever you did to my firefox opening page yesterday, i lost the top right marker that opened all my bookmarks which i had a bookmark for my email now that is gone so i can not get my email. I want to know why DeTrumpify has been blocked. I use it to block Trump because he is toxic and I don't need that in my browser. So now the very tool I use to block all that hate has been blocked for being hateful? Mozilla, grow a back bone already! And leave my extensions alone! I'll decide what is hate on my device. I don't need a scared corporate nanny to do it for me. Pathetic. DO BETTER!

I had to uninstall my VPN because it was frozen, and I couldn't even switch it on, even when I restarted my computer.

This has happened before, so I had it uninstalled & then downloaded it again.

You will see proof, by the screenshot I have attached to this email, please advise manufacturer.

My OS has the latest updates MacOS Monterey 12. 7. 6

Signed up for VPS and want to cancel becuse nearly every website I try to visit I get this message "Your request has been identified as potentially malicious, and access has been blocked."

Also McAffee notification with all these popups stating that my McAffee protection expired yesterday - I have never had a McAffee notification for a virus or pair for protection from them. Popups are happening every 10 seconds continuously! looks like about 20 or more popups describing different problems with 20 digit numbers and letters as a serial number of the problem!

For a while, all downloads have failed on Firefox (150.0.1), Windows 11. No file downloaded, and download tab shows a 'failed' underneath the file name. This holds true when downloading any file type, via firefox directly, or an outside app (Discord, for example) that hooks into the browser. Downloads work on other browsers (Chrome).

• I have checked about:config and reset the recommended options from other articles ("...lastDir" was the only one of the list that had an entry).
• Starting in Troubleshooting / Safe Mode does not fix.
• I currently run Norton - disabling it did not seem to fix.
• I don't have a Family group, so it's probably not the parental controls issue (though I think that was solved?)

I recognize that the lack of ability to download in Safe Mode points towards the possibility of an outside program blocking downloads, but I'm at a bit of a loss, since other browsers do work.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

в моменте браузер перестал запускаться , я люблю твикать и оптимизировать виндовс подумал дело в ней , но переустановил виндовс скачал обновления виндовс и начал по одному шагу оптимизировать и делать настройки виндовс , по итогу настроил точно так же как и раньше , но браузер работал , скачал античит фейсит и перестал работать , сейчас переустановил виндовс не настраивал вообще только скачал браузер и античит фейсита и браузер перестал запускаться выдавая ошибку

Greetings! I've been a Firefox evangelist for a long time! I'm having issue with my Dell Precision 5530 pushing Firefox audio to a Bluetooth speaker connected to PC. Others browsers work fine, however FF wants to use the speakers on my monitor, connected via HDMI. I've tried to change several times, however FF does not want to use the BT.

Can you please help?

So frustrating. Been a Firefox user for nearly two decades and this is first ongoing issue I have not been able to fix . . .

I work with 7-10 open tabs at any given time. Whenever I close a tab, my entire browser shifts and resizes. It's quite disruptive.

I've gone into AI and done some config troubleshooting, but nothing working.

iMac using Tahoe.

I see many complaints about this new version v 149 for the Mac. The most outrageous one is that you can no longer drag links from a browser page (try BBC) to an email or a doc. You have to copy the link then it won't turn blue and only when received will it show up as a link. Like many others after 30 years use preferred over Safari and others I am seriously losing patience with Firefox. On the very day you announce split screen for Ff windows - you disable a vital feature that has worked for years causing me to waste so far 60 minutes of my hard pressed work time. Maybe this will be corrected in the next upgrade. But I am now intending to avoid all Firefox upgrades for 6 months after being offered. I doubt anyone on this forum will come back on this but my set-up is Mac OS Monterey - and Firefox v 148 worked perfectly before today. I hesitate to try and install the previous version because I am not used to doing such tech moves. Perhaps someone in the Mozilla head office congratulating themselves on the marvellous new upgrade will come across this but I doubt it

Dell desktop running Mint Mate 22. Bookmarks missing about 50% of bootups. Saved bookmarks to both HTML and JSON during an occasion they did appear, when they next were missing attempted to restore them via Library pop-up (Manage bookmarks). I could not determine a path to direct the system to either locally saved file. In Library, selected Restore, which then asks me to choose file, but none of the data fields accepted or acted upon input. re-installed Firefox but same result. Then clicked on the saved HTML file, multiple screens flashed on the display, with multiple items in the tray. The final result was the bookmarks were all displayed as expected, but since the problem has been inconsistent, unknown whether they will display on future bootups.

Wish to have guidance on using the Library pop-up to restore saved bookmarks when they are missing. Perhaps some knowledgeable user could post a step-by-step through the restore process.
