When attempting to access the Twitch website in normal browsing mode, the page does not load properly. Instead of the site rendering, I only see a black screen with an infinite loading spinner.
This issue does not occur in private browsing mode (incognito), Twitch loads normally there.
I found that performing a browser reset temporarily resolves the issue, but after some time the problem returns. Continuously resetting the browser is not a practical solution.

Browser version: 141
Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox in normal mode
Navigate to https://twitch.tv
Observe black screen with loading spinner
Expected result: Twitch should load normally
Actual result: Page remains blank with a loading spinner
Private browsing mode works correctly
Please advise on a permanent fix or steps to diagnose this issue.

My previous Firefox account under the email m**********i@*****ail.com has been locked. The message says it was locked due to a returned confirmation email, but the email is working fine now — I’m currently receiving emails from Firefox.
I’m unable to log into the old account to resolve the issue or change the email. I have since created a new account (this one), but I would like to recover access to the original account if possible.
Could you please help me unlock it or advise on the next steps?

It started with Amazon/Kindle. Couldn't buy books through the Amazon App so I had a workaround which put me into the full site amazon.co.uk. Not anymore. Firefox redirects me into the App regardless. I can only get into the full site now by uninstalling Amazon Shopping. That's silly. Now, Firefox is blocking legitimate site links from my emails, like Greenpeace, for example. Variations on "site blocked" messages. Switching to DuckDuckGo avoids all these issues. Dear Firefox China Team, After reinstalling Windows on 2025-07-22 and installing I signed in with the same Firefox Account (this one). Unfortunately: • No bookmarks, passwords, history or extensions were restored. • I believe “Sync” was enabled before the reinstall with all data types selected. • The UI only shows “Syncing…” but no data appears. Please help:
Check whether any sync data exists for this UID. • If yes, explain why it is not downloading and provide recovery steps. • If no, supply official evidence (e.g., server-side log) showing zero data. If my data (bookmarks, logins.json/key4.db, form history, add-ons) is on your servers, kindly export it to me in an encrypted archive or provide a temporary secure download link. Advise how to prevent this “appears-to-be-synced but actually not” scenario in the future (mandatory manual backup, verification methods, etc.).
Troubleshooting already done: – Confirmed same account, same email. – Reset services.sync.* prefs to default. – Manually triggered sync; about:sync-log shows no error codes. – Created a fresh profile; still empty. Please reply at your earliest convenience so I can continue using Firefox with confidence. I am ready to provide Sync ID or any logs you need. Best regards,
