The mouse wheel doesn't scroll in Firefox. Works fine in other programs. I checked the settings in about:config, and they are all at the default. Tried turning autoscrolling off, no change. Using Logitech Wireless mouse

Did you check the settings in the mouse driver in the Windows Control Panel to make sure that all setting are default?
You can create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.
