i call them, but they no solve the problem. i think was my fault by set a "." point in the password, and the device no allow put a point "." when you try to unlock. so i dont know how to unlock the cell :(

I'm sorry you have this problem. It is true that the '.' button in the passcode keyboard doesn't put anything in the field. I'm not sure if that will help you to unlock it? If not, I would return to the store with the box and receipt to see if they can help. Thank you for using Firefox OS.

ok! this is it, i find a method to reset the phone (ZTE OPEN).

i 'm no sure if the foruma allow externals link... so the way to reset the phone is: 1. shutdown the phone. 2. hold the power button + volume up key (boot in recovery mode) 3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and reboot the phone (you can select item using volume keys for navigate and power button as ok)
