why doesnt mozilla firefox configure to Pogo.com? I have Windows xp firefox 18

Do you get any error messages at all? Does there appear anything on the page that indicates something else is missing? Your description is a bit small you see, there could be going on lots of things here. I'd recommend checking if Java is enabled as well, as the current versions sometimes get disabled due to insecurity issues on Java's side.
