I click Run to launch the Mozilla Firefox setup wizard, it says 'extracting', then nothing happens.
After is says "Extracting it asks if I want to run as administrator or as current user. There is no administrator, so I click "current user" and nothing happens.

Make sure your not local user. you must have Administrator privileges to install Mozilla Firefox

If you run a Windows account that has Administrator privileges then you should be able to change or set the Administrator password. in the Windows user account manager
