Try scanning with multiple tools for malware. If you find something post back with details. If you do not and the problem continues let us know and I will try to work out the problem.

Do you mean a link in Firefox or a link in an external (email) program?

For the latter, you can check for issues with DDE.

Hi cor-el It is a link is Firefox If I click on a hyperlink it fires up this blank page and then I get pop-ups of the un-desireable type!!

However, sometimes I get a blank webpage It does look like Malware but I am surprised that AVG didn't pick it up
