Update version number doesn't appear with desktop icon.
recently i have updated Firefox to 13.0.still desktop icon shows version shows Firefox 4.0 Beta 11.why that information doesn't change accordingly?

Right-click the desktop icon and select Rename. Name it whatever you want.

Because the desktop icon isnt removed and made again. Just take the version part of the name away if you dont want it
