How do I remove and delete a downloaded file. I downloaded a large file a PDF that I want to remove

Did you open the containing folder via the right-click context menu of the PDF file?
That should open the folder where you saved to file in Windows Explorer and there you can remove (delete) the file.

Hi bahoovis,
You should try going to Tools > Downloads to open the download window. When it opens, right click on the item you want to delete and open the containing folder. That will open the folder that all of your downloads are stored in so you can delete it.

Matt this removes it from the list but does not delete the file. It is a large file 45mb would like to delete.
