why can't I connect to the server when I get the notifcation to upgrade Firefox?
Periodically I get a notification that there's an upgrade for Firefox, and when I click on the download button a status bar appears, but my computer can't connect to the server.

Try going to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
- Download the full installer to your desktop.
- Close Firefox. Be sure that it isn't still running in the background.
- Run the installer and re-open Firefox.
