Restore history does not work...loses ALL history every day

The restore last session function never works...the history is erased every time I put the computer to sleep, reboot the computer, or if there is a crash. It's very frustrating since I depend on restoring past web sites, especially when the computer or Firefox crashes.

Make sure that you do not use Clear Recent History to clear the Browsing History when you close Firefox.

Thanks for the suggestion. I NEVER use clear browsing history, and the setting on "remember history" is always on. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for the Firefox application.

Some security software like ZoneAlarm Extreme Security run Firefox in a sandbox and in such a case saved data also may get removed.
